Sheffield Boot Camp - a couple of places left!!

Sheffield have a couple of places left for their student boot camp.

It’s in 2 week’s time: it starts Friday 17th June and finishes Monday 21st June lunchtime. Attendees would need to be there for the full time as we are subdivided in 3 teams right from the start (We start at 1pm on Friday and finish 3pm on Monday.).

The camp is in the small village of Garrigill, in Cumbria, in the North England; it’s at the crossroads of the Pennine way and the coast to coast path, that means hilly – well it’s not the Alps!

The whole thing includes camping (you need a tent!), food (we cook together), training (about 20h over the weekend), and even the swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna (at the end of a long day it’s most welcome!). The whole lot is £55 for students and £65 for non students.

The programme: we train every morning 1hr before breakfast, then every morning and afternoon.  On Sunday, the theme is “waterfalls”: before breakfast we go and run to a waterfall not far from the village to do some misogi (it’s cold!) and in the afternoon we walk to one of the most powerful waterfalls in the UK (Cauldron snout).
